This colorful acrylic 8 x 10 painting was done on art board. A few years ago I was given a woven Peruvian rug with a village scene on it.
The rug hangs on the wall in my bedroom. I look at it everyday and finally I decided to paint it.
I made it abstract and very colorful because that was my mood at the time.
